Refund policy

  • Sweet Customs By Hannah will not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless the item you purchased is defective.
  • In the event you receive a defective item, damaged item, or are missing an item from your order, please contact Sweet Customs by Hannah at: sweetcustomsbyhannah@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Be sure to include order number, description of issue and pictures/videos.
  • Sweet Customs By Hannah will issue a replacement item or store credit.
  • Damaged or defective items, which have been customized will not receive a credit or replacement.
